Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins


Preheat oven to 350

Mix dry ingredients in bowl:
1/2 tsp each of: ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon and ground gloves 🍁
1 tsp of baking soda🍚
1/4 tsp baking powder🍚
1 cup whole wheat flour🌸

Add in the wet stuff: 
1/4 cup egg whites🐤
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 🍎
1 cup pumpkin purée 🎃

Mix and Bake for ~20 min.🕙
