Gluten Free Banana Nut Mini Muffins



In mixing bowl combine:
1 cup almond flour 
1 1/2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup stevia
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp unsweetened applesauce 
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Sprinkle finely diced walnuts on top

Bake at 375 for ~15/20 min. 👃👍

Makes 18 mini muffins.

58 calories, 3.4g fat: .3g saturated fat, 76g sodium, 6carbs, 1g fiber, 2g sugar, 2g protein
